Join us for a seven week course in discovering The Sage Within through self care. In this course we will cover subjects such as, Meditation, Yoga, Body Awareness, Positive Affirmation, Breath Work, Balance, Natural Rhythms, and Health and Diet. Each week we will elaborate on a subject, directly experience a practice, integrate and share that experience, and then apply it in the coming week. This is a beautiful opportunity to experience a multitude of practices and begin applying them in your life to cultivate a harmonious and intimate relationship with your body, mind, and spirit.
