Join us for a seven week course in self care tools for peaceful living. In this course we will learn practices such as, Meditation, Yoga, Positive Affirmation, Breath Work, and Health and Diet. Each week we will elaborate on a subject, directly experience the practice, integrate and share that experience, and then apply it in the coming week.
